General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • JM5.1.1 fresh install

Hi all, i've a fresh Joomla installation done some week ago without any 3rd part components
Today i'm looking this on dashboard:

and when i try to upgrade to 5.1.2 i've a server error
i've activated all debug and logs but there are no logs or messages Image may be NSFW.
