The FPA is correct - J4.4.9 is not necessarily and reliably supported by PHP 8.3.x. See https://manual.joomla.org/docs/4.4/get- ... uirements/ for J4.4.x system requirements. The recommended version is 8.2.x
Additionally you need to consider your extensions and their compatibility with PHP 8.3 but 4.4.x has less than 12 months support remaining, so I'd be seriously considering J5, which does use PHP 8.3 and beyond (even 8.4.x which was recently released).
