Further to the previous update, within the page editor it displays inxformation or perxformance but if you click the preview button, it displays correctly, without the X.
I'll have to leave this as-is for the time being. It's very annoying to see the incorrect spelling but not terminal since it is OK on the front page. I had a quick go at your suggestions but didn't see anything. I might try via the Terminal if I get the chance. IT's certainly not any system or browser settings that I can see.
